Q: I sent an email reserving Gen admin tickets since I am from outside Bacolod. How come you have not responded?
A: Gen Admission tickets are first come first serve. You cannot reserve them. Once you send an email, we will put you on the list. Claiming tickets will still be first come first serve for Gen Admission.

Unfortunately the PFF is not an authorized travel agent for any major airline flying to and from Bacolod.

If you are from outside Bacolod, and would like to get a ticket? Pls send an email to ticketing@the-pff.com to get on the list. To be fair to others, we will not allow a person to request for group tickets for Gen Admin. A group is more than 1 person. Claiming the tickets will still be first come first serve for Gen. Admin

If you are from Bacolod? Pls wait for local announcements or visit the PFF facebook page. Tickets will be on a first come first serve basis.

We will try to accommodate as many patrons as possible. Please understand that PANAAD can only handle a certain capacity that we cannot exceed.

NO PHONE IN ORDERS or INQUIRIES. As much as we want to address all your concerns and questions, the PFF does not have enough manpower to handle this. Pls be patient since we do not have auto response for incoming emails.

Do not PM me for ticket questions. My inbox is flooded with PM's already. I stopped answering ticket inquiries.
