Can't understand why a partially-subsidized festival has a become a big issue for others. Is an assesment of P50 per player too much? Pila ra na ka beer Mike? If you say its not the point, what is? Is it not better to get partial subsidy than none at all? If an organization also wants to raise money, why can't it? Thats why we have a CFA board to deliberate on issues like this and I am pretty sure its not Maximo's decision alone.
