Another year, another fight, another suspension, another tournament ban, another ugly incident in Cebu Football.

The repercussions of the fight will be felt in the days to come, in that split second, when both teams abandoned fair play and turned into bullies, the fate of both teams will lay.

at the very start of that game, elbows were already flying.their were several instances wherein kurt acre as referee should have thrown out players but didnt.he lost control of the match bcoz he allowed it to go on.both teams cannot claim that the other team was dirtier bcoz both of them were in fact playing dirty.ask anybody not affiliated with both clubs and he/she will tell u that that game was bound to become a fistfight.

when that crazyhorse player ran to his teammates bcoz a hiroshi player was going after him, that showed what a coward he is.ni bawos siya kay gi pikhan siya pero he should face that player alone, dili magpa-laban.

what hiroshi and their supporters did was even worse.bai, gadala mo og mga bata unya gibiya-an ninyo kay ni-apil mo og rumble.and don't make any excuses that you wanted to act as pacifiers.everybody saw that you were going after crazyhorse players with clenched fists.did you ever stop and think what kind of example you showed to the children - YOUR OWN CHILDREN ?

the papers also wrote about the crazy horse manager assaulting thirsty officials.hey man,you are a guest in this country.face us filipinos without your bodyguard and we'll teach you the wrong side of filipino hospitality.

the sanctions for both teams is simple - BAN BOTH TEAMS AND THEIR PLAYERS FROM ALL PFF SANCTIONED TOURNAMENTS.thats the only way we can show to the community that we are serious in uplifting cebu football.CHRIST - there were kids right in the middle of the rumble and both teams and their supporters were running around like rabid dogs.

both teams doesn't deserve to carry the name of cebu in any national tournament.i say that we send a selection team composed of players from other teams to represent cebu in the regional finals.bahala nang gamay ra ang preparation og dili kaayo lig-on basta mga tarong lang og utok. anyway, any sanction will effectively cripple hiroshi so they will not be competitive.

part, you acted mindlessly infront of children and even put your own children in harms way. how stupid can you get.

Grabe tong gibuhat sa duha ka team. Pero ang sala nagsugod gikan sa Hiroshi. Kapildehon na sila 2-0, morag 2 minutes to go, gi-free for all dayon kay ulaw man sila mapilde basta sigeg panghambog kon kinsay makapilde nila. Mao diay nga dili sila ganahan nga moduwa diri San Roque kay di man sila kaarte. Ang ilang amo ug coach tan-aw lang. Hibulong ko sa organizers nganong gi-abandoned ang duwa nga ang nagsugod sa gubot ang Hiroshi man og leading man unta ang Crazy Horse hapit na mahuman ang duwa.

i saw rctv covering the tournament.perhaps they have coverage of the incident.it could be used as evidence by the CFA when they meet to discuss sanctions.

i also didn't quite get the organizers decision because the sound system wasnt that heardable from where i was standing.hopefully someone can post the decision in it's entireity here. why was airforce and db-alumni declared champions and runner-ups respectively.

however, the main issue is still the conduct and actions of hiroshi and crazy horse.everything else doesnt matter anymore.they turned a very good tournament into a laughing stock.what idiots!!!

We cannot deny that both teams have given a lot to football in Cebu, particulary in the areas of helping ordinary people find meaning in their otherwise so-so life.

However, the Team owners - who I've heard are good Japanese business men - should be aware that ugly (as in law-ay gyud!) incidents like this tarnish their company's honor. So whenever someone hears their company name - say, Hiroshi - it might conote "goons"!
Worse, it would not only damage the repute of the company but also the owners names. Kuyaw pud ni sa Thirsty as Sponsors. Why? Instead of people drinking thier product because of relating it to a memory so sweet and refreshing, they will shy away hinuon kay ang mahinumduman: rumble, kumo, sloppy officiating, bad memories. Dili kaha mo back-out na lang and Thirsty?

We do hope that these respectable clubs will not only teach their clubs the basics of the sport but also the respect and discipline that comes with the name. Dili ba Japanese are known for discipline and honor? The Bushido-the way of Tom Cruise. Nge, the Samurai diay!

At thesame time, the new CFA management had promised to improved the Officiating - better than the prevoius CFA. Pero, where are the sanctions-the evaluations for the Referees that follow each controversial game? Mas daghan pang na suspend ug gipabayad nga school and coaches. Where are the training of Referees? Teams devote much energy and money in training. It should be likewise for the Ref's. Nganong daghan pa man tambok ug edad-edaran na nga Ref's(No offense intended. Tan-aw lang ESPN nya note the difference)?

What I am affraid is this: when I went to Ayala to cheer on our teams and assist in coaching, I noticed nga mas daghan ug mas dako ang crowd. Everytime we organize event slike these, it is likely kaanam kadaghan ang tawo. Football popularity is taking flight. If we - CFA, Team owners, parents, even players - don't do something to instill respect and discipline everything about the game, mapariho nya ta sa ubang sports: devided and stagnant. Tanawa ang basketball. Daghan na kaayo grupo. Gubot pa gyud. Mau bitaw wala ta ka duwa sa SEA Games.

Diri lang sa ta kay namadlong na gabantay sa internet cafe. Bati raba kaayo nawong. Until the next time:Mabuhi and SA Sentinels sa Fenrir!

where are the hiroshi and crazy horse supporters and players who frequently post here showing their support or bragging about their accomplishments. im dying to know how you are going to explain or defend your acts.

and what are the respective comments of your japanese sponsors. are they going to condone what you did ? shame on them if they do. there is an old japanese tradition wherein japanese men who has been dishonored will commit suicide. what you guys did was a big dishonor to them although the crazy horse manager also dishonored himself when he assaulted the organizers.

in any match, the referee should impose his authority, always. diha to nagsugod sa failure sa officiating.

anyway, GABA ni sa organizers sa Thirsty Cup nganong ilang gi-itspwera ang gagmay nga team nga gasuporta nila sa una pero wala nila imbitaha karon nga tournament. Binuang man nang naay Team A ug Team B. wa gani kahibalo media nga humana registration. GABA! MAYRA!

Cebu definetly needs better referees. Worst officiating i have ever seen, or at least almost the worst. And the officials? They didnt do squat about the spectators standing by the goals and the sidelines. If the referees had guts or the officials, then they would have told the people to get away from the sidelines. But they didnt do nothing.
