After taking a 3-1 lead, USC managed to level the count early in the second half behind Aries Opiniano and Kyle Tongson.

However, RJ Sembrano cut short USC's jubiliation as two minutes later, Sembrano left footed a strike from the half court line past keeper Joushua Suarez for a 4-3 Paref lead.

Burly defender Timothy James Mateo got into the scoring act and took a shot also from midcourt to increase the lead to 5-3 with five minutes left and Sembrano punctuated their win with another goal in the dying seconds.
